Old Mill Animal Hospital is a one-stop, full-service pet health facility, built in and around Dayboro's historic old sawmill building. Transformed into a small animal clinic in 2005, and an elite mixed animal hospital over subsequent years, the 'Old Mill' is a true symbol of old meeting new. The state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and luxurious animal accommodation is in contrast to the vintage charm of the rustic building and the familiar warmth of the animal care team. We are currently seeking an experienced Part-time Veterinarian for a 10 month Fixed-Term contract commencing mid-late June. The successful applicant will be required to work an average of 30 hours per week which includes every second Saturday.

What you can offer us:
- BVSc or equivalent, and registration to practice in Queensland
- An experienced and confident Veterinarian with at least 3 years’ practical experience
- Mixed animal experience is preferred but not essential
- A commitment to provide exceptional patient care
- Ability to oversee the caseload and work autonomously
- Exceptional communication and client relationship building skills

This position offers a negotiable base salary range of $50,000 - $90,000 (pro rata for part-time), dependant on the suitable applicant’s skills and experience. Whilst NVC seeks to source applicants who meet the above criteria and skill set, alternative applicant’s may still be considered. In these cases, the base salary is subject to change to suit.
